At Tena Yistilign Ventures LLC, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
✅ Items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

How to Initiate a Return:

- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
